What is Shiphumse?

Shiphumse is a multi-courier shipping platform for Indian e-commerce businesses. It lets you compare rates from multiple couriers in real time, assign the best carrier for each order, generate labels, and track shipments — all from one dashboard.

Is Shiphumse free to use?

Yes — the Starter plan is free and covers up to 50 shipments/month. Paid plans start at ₹1,499/month and unlock unlimited shipments, API access, and priority support.

Which couriers does Shiphumse support?

We currently integrate with Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, FedEx, Ekart, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and more — with new carriers being added regularly.

Do I need to sign separate contracts with couriers?

No. On the Starter and Growth plans, you ship through Shiphumse's aggregated rates. No separate courier negotiations needed. Enterprise customers can optionally bring their own courier accounts.

Does Shiphumse support COD?

Yes. COD is supported on all plans. We track remittance, reconcile settlements, and flag undelivered COD orders automatically.

Can I integrate Shiphumse with my Shopify store?

Yes — Shiphumse has a native Shopify app. Orders import automatically, and shipping status syncs back to Shopify so your customers always see live tracking.

Is there an API?

Yes. Full REST API documentation is available at apidocs.shiphumse.in. We also support webhooks for real-time event streaming.

How do I generate and print shipping labels?

Once an order is assigned to a courier, click "Generate Label". Download as PDF for thermal printers (4×6") or A4 bulk sheets. Labels auto-include all mandatory courier fields.

Can I track shipments from the dashboard?

Yes. All active shipments are visible in the tracking dashboard with live status pulled from each courier API. You can also push tracking URLs to customers via SMS/email.
