Is there a per-shipment fee?
On the Growth plan, there's no per-shipment fee — you pay the flat monthly subscription plus the courier's own published rate. On Starter, the same applies for your first 50 shipments.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Do you support COD?
Yes — COD is available on all plans. Shiphumse tracks COD remittance and reconciles with your courier partner automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for annual Enterprise contracts.
Can I add multiple users to one account?
Multi-user access is available on the Growth plan (up to 5 seats) and unlimited on Enterprise.
